Anguilla enjoys warm temperatures throughout the year, tempered by trade winds. Temperatures are fairly steady year round, with daytime highs generally in the 80s (F) (27 to 32C), and nights dipping gently into the 60s and 70s (F) (15 to 22C). Humidity is low. The hottest months are August and September, although only by a few degrees. The average yearly rainfall is 5.5 inches (14cm) - most of which falls in the autumn months and generally only for a few minutes at a time.
